We have private and public employers in the country currently seeking to hire committed and experienced Administrative Assistant to join various teams in the country.
Successful candidate will handle the professional welcoming and directing of guests to the appropriate section of the organization as well as the effective scheduling, coordinating, and managing of meetings and appointments.
Applicant are expected to have previous experience working as an administrative assistant, capable of thriving under pressure, have good organization and management skills and able to multi-task effectively in the discharge of their daily duties
What you’ll be doing in the position
- Professional welcoming and directing of guests
- Act as the first point of contact for guests in the establishment
- Creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests
- Take charge of various clerical and administrative tasks
- Scheduling, coordinating, and managing of meetings and appointments
- Typing and proofreading of correspondence
- Perform all other tasks as may be required
